                                HOMEOPATHY

Homeopathy is a safe, effective system of natural medicine, used by millions of people worldwide for more than 200 years. Homeopathic medicines are prepared from natural sources, are used in extremely small amounts, and are recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are non-toxic and, when properly administered, can be safely used with infants, children, adults, animals, and all life.

Homeopathy is based on the Law of Similars, which states that “like cures like”. A substance that causes symptoms when given in a large amount to a healthy individual will also cure similar symptoms when given in minute amounts to an ill individual.

Homeopathic remedies stimulate the natural immune system to mount a defense, which results in a momentum building toward the health of the individual.

Homeopathy regards symptoms as the body’s healthy attempt to restore itself to balance. A homeopath will choose a remedy that supports the symptoms-rather than opposing them or suppressing them as in conventional medicine.

JACKSON VETERINARY HOMEOPATHY WORK STUDY GROUP.

You can learn homeopathy - right in your own backyard - by participating in the National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) Affiliated Study Group in Jackson.

Learn homeopathy faster by sharing experiences and knowledge with others. Feel empowered when you can take care of simple illnesses at home, avoiding frequent doctor visits.

Almost twenty years ago, the National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) developed a study group program. Since the genesis of the program, the number of homeopathic self help groups has grown to over 100. In the process, NCH study group membership throughout the United States and Canada has grown to over 1,000 members.

Study group members have found that by working together within and among the groups, a great deal of self-care information becomes available to them.

The Jackson Veterinary Homeopathy Work Study Group strives to hold informative meetings on homeopathy with the emphasis on an alternative approach to our companion animals’ health care and endeavors to adhere to the principles of classical homeopathy.
